We wanted to take a trip to Mexico this summer and ended up booking

5 days for the 4th of July to RIU Jalisco Resort. All-inclusive with all the

alcohol (and food) you can handle at one of the 9 bars or 5 restaurants on site, and if that’s not enough you can dispense some in the room. It was an amazing time with half the time being sunny and the other thunderous... which were both awesome!
